Shell Donax® TC

Shell Donax® TC oils are designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern transmission, final drive, oil immersed brake and hydraulic systems fitted to heavy-duty off-road equipment. Specially formulated, they meet the Caterpillar TO-4 specification as well as the Allison C-4 requirements for transmission and drive train fluids and are available in SAE viscosity grades 10W, 30, 50 and 60.

  • Applications requiring a TO-4 fluid such as transmissions, final drives and hydraulic systems
  • Manual, power shift and automatic transmissions requiring an Allison C-4 fluid (SAE 10W and 30 grades)
  • High pressure hydraulic systems requiring anti-wear properties and outstanding rust protection
  • Non-engine applications requiring an API CD/TO-2 fluid
  • Twin disc clutches
